We don't publish an email address or contact form on this site. The best way to reach us is through the discussion section on our articles — your questions and corrections help other readers too.

How to get in touch

  • Open any guide — for example the homepage overview or one of the blog posts — and scroll to the comments at the bottom of the page.
  • Leave a comment with your question, correction, or experience. You can use a nickname; don't use your real name or any personal details.
  • Comments are moderated for spam and abuse. Anything explicit, off-topic, or linking to adult sites is removed — this is a discussion space, not a billboard.
  • We read every comment and update articles when readers point out something we've missed or gotten wrong. If your tip checks out, it may end up in the guide itself.

What we can help with

Factual questions about the platform, corrections to our guides, suggestions for topics we should cover, and reports of new scams or fake apps going around. If you've spotted a new "xHamster app" in the wild, telling us helps us warn others.

What we can't help with

Anything on xHamster's own service — billing questions, account recovery, password resets, content takedowns. We're an independent guide, not xHamster support, and we have no access to their systems. For those issues, use the official help channels on xhamster.com itself.

We also can't provide tech support for your device. If a pop-up infected your phone, the safest move is well documented: disconnect from the network, uninstall anything you don't recognize, and run a scan with a reputable mobile security app.

A note on privacy

Because comments are public, never post your email address, phone number, or anything that identifies you. Keep it to the topic at hand, keep it clean, and you'll get a better answer — moderators prioritize clear, on-topic questions.
